2. CHILDREN
Our Website is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 and such use is prohibited by our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. How we use the information we collect and who we share it with

2. Managing your newsletter Communication preferences and opting out.
When you submit personal information to us through the Registration Pages, you will be given an opportunity to opt out at the time of submitting your personal information to us. Unless you opt out, you be added to our list of users who will receive promotional and marketing communications from us and our partners and other third parties. You may also opt out of receiving promotional and marketing communications from us and/or our partners and other third parties by contacting us by email at [email protected] or by opting out through the link that in most cases will be included in promotional and marketing communications.

Please keep in mind that although DevNetwork strives to update our mailing list database as frequently as possible, it may take up to ten days to process e-mail requests and four to six weeks to process postal mail requests, during which time your information might be communicated to another party in connection with a mailing list.
