Vlad Melnik is Vice President of Global Alliances, Partnerships, and Ecosystems at Cribl , where he leads the company’s strategic partner ecosystem across AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and observability. His focus includes hyperscaler alliances, technology integrations, developer ecosystem strategy, and global go-to-market partnerships that help position Cribl as a leading AI and telemetry platform.

Prior to Cribl, Vladimir served as Vice President of Global Alliances and Channels at Reltio , where he helped scale the company’s partner ecosystem and enterprise market presence ahead of its acquisition by SAP. Before Reltio, he spent over four years at Splunk in senior leadership roles spanning strategic alliances, incubation, and the Office of the CTO, working across cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, AIOps, containers, and open-source ecosystems. Priot to Splunk, 10 years at Microsoft and Accenture in various leadership roles..

With nearly three decades in enterprise technology, Vladimir has built and scaled complex global alliance programs across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, observability, data platforms, and AI. He is known for developing strategic ecosystem motions that drive revenue growth, accelerate platform adoption, and expand market influence through partnerships with hyperscalers, ISVs, and strategic technology providers.

Vladimir is based in the United States and is a frequent advisor and speaker on AI, observability, cybersecurity ecosystems, and enterprise platform strategy.
