Varun Kulkarni

Varun is an AI Product Lead at Microsoft, where he drives the Copilot Agent Ecosystem for M365. He leads AI Forward Deployed Engineering engagements across Enterprise and ISV ecosystems while also spearheading the AI Natives and Startups workstream. Varun also leads GTM for shipping agentic systems at enterprise scale, with work spanning market leading frontier AI initiatives.

Before Microsoft, Varun led the agentic and GenAI initiatives at Cisco and the Emerging AI Technologies Portfolio at Deloitte launching multi-million dollar 0-1 digital products.

Varun holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and an MS from Northwestern University. He is a Forbes Technology Council contributor and serves on advisory boards at Northwestern University and the University of Toronto's Centre for Entrepreneurship.
