Sam Boswell is the CTO of terralayr, an energy technology company building the world's first energy cloud. terralayr aggregates grid-scale storage to deliver flexibility-as-a-service and address the growing global energy storage deficit.

A commercial technologist with over 15 years' experience in high-stakes critical infrastructure, Sam bridges complex engineering and commercial strategy across the energy, cybersecurity, and industrial sectors. He has a proven track record of scaling engineering organisations from early-stage through to enterprise deployment, including VP of Engineering at Dare and engineering leadership roles at Limejump (Shell) and Device Authority.

Beyond terralayr, Sam backs and advises early-stage companies in the climate and deep-tech space. He is known for his conviction that sustainable high performance, tempo without burnout and systems built for longevity, is both a technical and organisational imperative.
