Over my 18-year career, I have led large-scale technology initiatives that modernized digital capabilities at BJ’s Wholesale Club and helped strengthen both the economy and social resilience of Massachusetts. My work has advanced digital access, job creation, food security, and equitable technology opportunities that directly benefit communities across the Commonwealth. I have three pending patents from BJ’s Wholesale Club—innovations that have supported community causes and generated significant revenue for the company. My innovations have received the following industry awards:

These innovations are not just company-oriented; they have expanded EBT programs across U.S. states and made Same Day Delivery accessible to vulnerable communities nationwide, enabling safe grocery pickup during the pandemic.

I am a Fellow of the British Computer Society, Senior Member of IEEE, Fellow of IETE, and Distinguished Fellow of the Soft Computing Research Society. I actively publish research, review journals, and speak at technology symposia.
