Dr. Oleksandr Kondratiuk (FIET, SM IEEE) is an internationally recognized technology executive with over 20 years of expertise pioneering enterprise AI systems across Germany, Poland, Denmark, and Ukraine for global enterprises and Fortune 500 companies. Serving in a critical capacity as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of akirolabs, he built the company's technology function from the ground up, orchestrated strategic international product development transitions, and played a leading role in securing a €1M public grant (ProFIT) awarded for enterprise AI innovation in 2024. Prior to akirolabs, he held leading technology roles at Scalable Capital and SIXT, contributing to large-scale digital and AI-driven enterprise platforms.

Recognized internationally for his work in enterprise AI, Dr. Kondratiuk is ranked in the selective Top 10 out of more than 300 industry leaders across the DevNetwork Advisory Boards, serving as a Featured Member since 2024, where he was selected based on his proven expertise in enterprise AI and technology leadership. He also maintains an active role on a specialized invitation-only AI/ML Advisory Board. In 2025, he was named among the Top 100 Global CTOs by CTO Craft, recognizing executives with exceptional organizational impact, community contributions, and technological innovations.

He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, and his peer-reviewed contributions include nearly 20 international scholarly publications in AI systems spanning 2003–2026.

As a Fellow of the IET (FIET) and Senior Member of the IEEE (SM IEEE) – distinctions reserved exclusively for individuals with proven significant performance and sustained professional accomplishments – Dr. Kondratiuk has served as an expert judge on international panels of hackathons and industry awards since 2023, evaluating the work of industry peers at major global technology platforms, including DevNetwork. He was an invited Main Stage speaker at the DeveloperWeek 2024 conference in the United States, reflecting peer recognition within the technology community. His work has contributed to enterprise AI architecture practices and scalable operational models used within multinational technology environments.
