Mighael currently serves as Chief Technology Officer and Board Member at NexRev, a mid-market leader in building and energy management. He has led a comprehensive technology and product transformation, architecting and launching NeXus, a next-generation Smart Buildings Platform-as-a-Service that leverages IoT, AI, and edge computing to optimize building performance and monetization. Under his leadership, NexRev has modernized its enterprise architecture and built a portfolio of production AI agents that drive measurable improvements in commissioning, energy optimization, predictive maintenance, and customer success. He holds multiple patents covering innovative building management and IoT technologies.
Beyond NexRev, Mighael serves as Board Advisor and Fractional Chief Technology Officer to Datanimbus, where he is architecting a next-generation, AI-native platform for financial services tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. His work spans product strategy, enterprise architecture, go-to-market design, and AI command-and-control frameworks built for regulated financial environments.
Previously, Mighael spent more than 20 years at Software AG, holding senior roles including Field CTO for the Americas, SVP of Solution Architecture, VP of Pre-Sales Technical Services, and Principal Delivery Architect. He built and led global technical organizations supporting the company's largest enterprise software business, co-created products that contributed billions in global sales, and helped shape the company's transition from perpetual licensing to SaaS and subscription. He served as Global Field CTO for strategic clients across the US, Canada, the Middle East, Spain, the UK, Germany, Africa, and South America, advising Fortune 1000 organizations on enterprise architecture, cloud migration, AI, IoT, and business transformation.
Earlier in his career, Mighael held senior consulting and architecture roles at IBM and Q-Data Consulting, delivering large-scale mainframe-to-distributed migrations and enterprise applications for clients across financial services, telecom, energy, retail, media, and government.
