I am a Technical Lead, Principal Technical Account Manager with over eight years of experience helping enterprises design, adopt, and scale cloud communication solutions. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with developers, architects, product teams, and business leaders to solve complex technical challenges using APIs, cloud infrastructure, AI, and programmable communications.

What excites me most is helping bridge the gap between technology and real-world adoption. Whether it's enabling developers to build AI-powered communication experiences, improving platform usability through customer feedback, or mentoring engineers and students, I enjoy creating impact beyond writing code.

Outside of my professional role, I actively contribute to the developer community through technical publications, conference speaking, mentoring, judging hackathons and innovation programs, and sharing educational content focused on AI, APIs, and cloud communications.
