Over the past 10 years, I have worked on making data heavy systems reliable as they grow. For the last 7 plus years, I have been part of the Enterprise API team at Salesforce.
I have worked across REST, SOAP, bulk, and async APIs. What I care about most is how these systems behave over time. How they scale, how they stay stable, and how different systems continue to work together as things get more complex.
Recently, I have been working on an MCP platform within Salesforce. The goal is to support customer built MCP servers so their agents can access Salesforce data more seamlessly. I find this space interesting because it is starting to change how integrations work, especially as AI becomes part of the picture.
Before Salesforce, I worked as a Senior Technical Analyst at NIIT Technologies, where I worked on backend systems for British Airways. That is where I learned how important it is to build systems that hold up under real world pressure.
I am generally interested in building systems that scale well, stay reliable, and can adapt as new patterns like AI driven access start to shape how platforms are used.
