Intesar Shannan Mohammed is a 3x founder, technologist, and speaker with over two decades of expertise building at the frontier of AI-Native Apps, APIs, and security. He is the Founder & CEO of PerfAI.ai, the Autonomous Security Platform for AI-Native Apps — purpose-built to continuously detect, test, and remediate access-control vulnerabilities. Recognized with "Best in DevOps" and "Innovator of the Year" at APIWorld 2023-2025. Prior to PerfAI, Intesar co-founded APIsec.ai, a pioneering enterprise API security platform, and before that co-founded DCHQ, a cloud-native container orchestration company that was acquired by HyperGrid. Earlier in his career, he held engineering roles at VMware, Palm, and Cisco, and holds several patents spanning the security, cloud, & apps space. Intesar earned graduate degrees from DePaul University and holds certificate programs from Stanford University, and is a frequent speaker on emerging topics in AI, security, and the future of AI-Native applications.
