Grishma Jena

Grishma is a Data Scientist with UX Insights and Engagement, IBM Software in San Francisco. As the only Data Scientist, she supports 80+ user researchers in enhancing user experiences.

She earned her Masters in Computer Science at University of Pennsylvania, with research interests in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing. She has delivered 50+ talks and workshops at conferences and universities globally.

She enjoys mentoring and teaching for using data and code to drive change. She is a Fellow of the Python Software Foundation, a Women in Data Science ambassador, and a Society of Women Engineers - Golden Gate leader.
