Gift Ojeabulu

Gift Ojeabulu is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AI practitioner, author, and community builder with over six years of experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence, machine learning, software, data engineering, and developer advocacy.

He has worked with globally recognized AI and developer platforms such as DagsHub, Iterative, Deci AI, and CBB Analytics, where he has designed machine learning solutions, led developer education initiatives, and helped organizations adopt modern AI and MLOps workflows responsibly. At Iterative and DagsHub, he managed and scaled global communities of more than 30,000 AI, machine learning, and data professionals across over 80 countries.

Gift is the co-founder of Data Community Africa, one of the largest Black data and AI communities on the continent, where he has built programs that connect African talent to global opportunities in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Through this work, he has helped create an ecosystem that empowers thousands of practitioners through education, mentorship, conferences, newsletters, and open-source collaboration.

Gift is currently writing a globally published book on Applied Generative AI and LLMOps. His work is driven by a simple belief: technology matters most when it is accessible, inclusive, and capable of creating meaningful impact for people around the world.
