Dilip Patel

I am an AI product and data leader focused on building enterprise-scale AI systems that deliver measurable business impact. Over the past 15+ years, I have worked across Amazon, Salesforce, Groupon, WeWork, Uber, and Fractal Analytics, with a focus on AI/ML, decision systems, pricing, promotions, personalization, fraud/risk, and marketplace optimization. I currently lead AI product initiatives for large-scale commerce and risk platforms, where my work has involved deploying ML- and data-driven systems at global scale across high-volume user and transaction environments.
In addition to operating roles, I regularly contribute to the broader product and AI community through speaking, mentoring, and advisory work. I presented on machine learning for B2B selling and marketing at ODSC, was invited to speak at the IEEE Enterprise Generative AI Summit, have spoken through Products That Count, serve on the Marketplace Risk advisory board, and mentor startups through Berkeley SkyDeck.

I would bring a practical enterprise perspective to DevNetwork: how AI systems are actually designed, governed, shipped, measured, and scaled inside complex real-world products.
