With over 13 years of experience across industry leaders like Visa and Realtor.com, Banani has a distinguished track record of building scalable data platforms that bridge the gap between complex engineering and tangible business value. Recognized for her leadership and advocacy, she was recently honored with the Women in Impact Tech (WIT) Award in the "Leaders of Impact" category. Beyond her corporate leadership, Banani is a dedicated educator and mentor, serving as a Guest Lecturer at San Jose State University and Case Western Reserve University.
