Ayush Goyal

I am a Senior Software Engineer at Grafana Labs in London, where I have been working since November 2022. My work is primarily focused on developer tooling and the open-source ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on performance testing and observability. I currently lead development on the Cloud Engine project and have been a core contributor to k6, the open-source load testing tool used by hundreds of thousands of developers worldwide.

Prior to Grafana Labs, I spent time building cloud infrastructure and developer platforms across various domains. I hold a B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur (2015-2019) and am currently pursuing an M.S. in Computer Science at Georgia Tech. I am also a co-founder of DrishtiKit, a DPIIT-recognised healthcare startup focused on portable vision screening, which holds a design patent and has partnered with district governments in India for on-ground implementation.

I have spoken at GrafanaCon in Seattle on k6 v1.0, presented at the London Grafana and Friends meetup on OpenAPI-based performance testing, and actively contribute to open-source projects. My technical focus spans Node.js, TypeScript, Go, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and the broader Grafana stack.
