Asit Kumar Sahoo combines investment banking discipline with hands-on operating execution, translating financial rigor into scalable growth, product expansion, and long-term enterprise value creation.

He began his career in investment banking at Nomura and strategy consulting at EY, where he supported and analyzed M&A and financing transactions representing approximately $60B in aggregate exposure. During this period, he advised technology and media clients on growth strategy, capital allocation, and digital transformation initiatives, building the analytical and commercial foundation that continues to shape his approach to evaluating and scaling businesses.

Over the past decade, Asit has applied that foundation across leadership roles spanning AI, SaaS, data infrastructure, logistics technology, and digital platforms:

• At Iron Mountain, he co-led the launch of DXP 2.0, embedding AI and automation capabilities across a $330M ARR enterprise platform. He also helped modernize the Intelligent Document Processing suite with GenAI enhancements to improve throughput and customer adoption, while collaborating closely with executive leadership on product-led growth and investment priorities.
• At Equifax, he built and executed commercial strategy for a $120M B2B business unit, launched data products generating more than $20M ARR, and supported integration of a $15M acquisition that delivered approximately 25% revenue synergy.
• At Flexport, he developed a three-year strategic roadmap for the Beneficial Cargo Owner platform targeting approximately $50M ARR and 100 enterprise customers.
• As Founder of Florentine, he built and scaled a consumer-products brand serving more than 100,000 households, achieving $600K in revenue with 200% year-over-year growth and profitability within six months of launch.

Today, Asit focuses on the intersection of capital, AI, and digital infrastructure, with particular interest in how investments in intelligent systems and enterprise platforms translate into durable competitive advantage, operating leverage, and sustainable returns.

He brings a combination of:
• Financial judgment grounded in transaction analysis, valuation, and capital structure
• Operating depth scaling both $300M+ ARR enterprise platforms and 0→1 ventures
• Strategic perspective connecting product performance, market positioning, and enterprise value creation

Asit actively engages with founders, venture capital, growth equity, and private equity investors, as well as operating leaders building next-generation AI, data infrastructure, and enterprise technology businesses.
