I'm a Principal Product Manager at Walmart Global Tech, where I lead the BuyBox ML Ranking Platform — a system that drives $360M+ in incremental GMV by ranking offers across Walmart's 1P and 3P marketplace. My work sits at the intersection of large-scale ML systems, ranking and recommendation, and the messy organizational realities of shipping AI in the enterprise.

Before Walmart, I led AI initiatives at CDK Global, where I built AIVA (a conversational AI product for automotive retail), the DataGuard data quality platform, and an Identity Graph used across the dealer ecosystem. Earlier roles span Upwork (trust & safety ML), Mu Sigma (analytics consulting for Cisco, Visa, and others), and 12+ years of building AI/ML products for skeptical enterprise buyers.

I serve on the Forbes Technology Council and Mighty Capital's Product Executive in Residence program, and co-authored the AI Super PM Competency Framework with Products That Count.
