Andrew Park

I’m a software engineering and product management leader with 20+ years of experience building and guiding complex software products, largely in defense, telecom, and other demanding environments where software quality, maintainability, and long-term product viability matter.

I’m the founder of Edensoft Labs and VP of Software Engineering at G3 Technologies. My work focuses on helping organizations improve software delivery through stronger engineering practices, better product-engineering alignment, and more disciplined use of AI-assisted and agentic coding tools.

A major theme of my work is helping developers become more than code producers. I believe the strongest developers of the future will combine deep technical skill, product judgment, maintainability discipline, and the ability to use AI tools responsibly without creating long-term technical debt.
