I work at the intersection of tech education, AI-enabled product development, and real-world software delivery. As CEO of Coders Lab Romania, I focus on building market-relevant learning programs that align with current industry practices and help develop the next generation of software and AI talent. Alongside this, through TheProject.Digital, I am involved in bringing software and AI initiatives closer to practical execution, with a strong focus on how teams build, adopt, and scale modern digital solutions. My background is in product and project leadership, and much of my work sits between industry needs, talent development, and the practical adoption of emerging technologies such as AI/LLM solutions.
