Alex is the co-founder and CEO of Codemod. Before starting Codemod, he spent 6 years at Meta leading internal platform teams.

He’s passionate about helping engineering teams do their best work by making code maintenance invisible to both developers and coding agents.

Alex co-founded Codemod to help large engineering orgs de-risk and automate complex code migrations, including design system overhauls, EoL upgrades, API changes, security patches, and AI drift prevention. It combines task-specific micro agents with real-time code observability to tackle not just technical challenges, but the organizational complexity of migrations at scale.

Customers, including public companies, use Codemod to continuously plan, orchestrate, and automate changes across repos and teams end to end, often making the process nearly invisible to the broader org.

Adopted by ecosystems like React and Node.js, and with over 2M codemod runs to date, Codemod is becoming a standard for enterprise code maintenance in the AI era.
