Adil Shabbir

Adil Shabbir is the Chief Product & Technology Officer at PrimePay where he leads the company’s product and technology vision and execution. Adil has extensive experience in the HR and FinTech spaces. He has built human capital management and payment systems from the ground up while serving in C-suite and senior leadership roles at Payactiv, BenefitPoint, Oracle, Blackhawk Network, Atlas, and ADP. Additionally, Adil’s experience extends into the private equity and venture capital realm where he has worked with Sequoia, IVP, TPG, Sixth Street and ACP to close funding rounds and successful exits for multiple SaaS companies over the years.

Adil excels at driving organizational alignment, revenue and profitability through strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, partners, vendors, and customers.
