I'm a Director of Product Management at Salesforce, where I lead platform resource management, rate limiting, and service protection for Hyperforce, Salesforce's multi-tenant cloud. Before Salesforce, I was a Staff Product Manager at Twilio, where I led the effort to replace a legacy monolithic public API gateway with a next-generation, OpenAPI-driven, cell-isolated architecture and migrate live, high-volume production traffic onto it. Earlier, at VMware, I led identity and access management for the VMware IT Academy platform.

My work sits at the intersection of API platforms, cloud infrastructure, and identity & access management (IAM) at large scale - exactly the topics at the center of API World, DeveloperWeek, and CloudX. I'm an IEEE Senior Member and speak on enterprise API and AI infrastructure. As an advisory board member, I'd bring a practitioner's view of what platform teams are actually building - gateway modernization, multi-tenant resource governance, and identity at scale - to help shape relevant, high-signal programming for DevNetwork's events.
