I am a Senior Director of Software Engineering at Salesforce, leading global teams that deliver critical capabilities for enterprise Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Revenue, and Compliance systems supporting over $40B+ in annual business transactions. I also lead Engineering Center of Excellence initiatives for a 700+ person organization driving AI adoption, developer productivity, engineering quality, observability, and modern software delivery practices.

My work spans AI-enabled enterprise systems, agent-driven automation, AI-assisted software development, and enterprise platform modernization at scale. As the industry transitions from AI-assisted development to AI-native engineering models, I am pioneering how organizations design, govern, develop, and operate software in an autonomous and agent-driven world. I bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI innovation and large-scale enterprise resilience.

A key area of my work is establishing governance frameworks for AI-native engineering, balancing scalability, trust, compliance, observability, and human oversight. My recent work includes intent-based API architectures for autonomous agents, enterprise AI engineering platforms, and AI-enabled developer tooling designed to improve engineering velocity while maintaining enterprise-grade resilience and governance.

I am a Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Senior Member of IEEE, conference speaker, innovation award recipient, and industry judge, with presentations at Dreamforce, IEEE conferences, and industry summits on AI-powered enterprise engineering and autonomous systems.

I am eager to bring this perspective to the DevNetwork Advisory Board to help curate the industry’s most impactful conversations around AI-native engineering and developer experience. I look forward to the possibility of contributing to the board’s strategic mission
