Ruiqi (Phoebe) Wang

I am Ruiqi (Phoebe) Wang, a Member of Technical Staff working on ML infrastructure at OpenAI. My work focuses on building reliable infrastructure for production AI systems, and my broader background spans ML infrastructure, AI evaluation, explainable AI, responsible AI, semantic anomaly detection, and security/privacy for AI-enabled systems.

My research includes a CHI paper on stakeholder-centered fairness in predictive systems, work on explainable AI for security and privacy in next-generation networks, and semantic anomaly detection for risk-factor narratives. I am especially interested in helping technical communities evaluate AI systems not only by capability, but also by reliability, usefulness, transparency, and real-world deployment risk.
