I lead Developer Experience at TwelveLabs, where I'm focused on making video AI genuinely accessible to developers across the stack. My work spans the full developer journey: from how we write and structure API documentation, to the sample apps and integration guides we build, to how we show up in the communities where developers are actually working. Before this role, I built experience across developer advocacy, technical content, and product at AI/ML startups where the central challenge was the same: helping smart, busy developers recognize value quickly and get to production without unnecessary friction.

What draws me to this work is the intersection of emerging technology and human understanding. Video AI is a genuinely new interface layer between machines and the world, and the developers building with it are still writing the playbook. I spend a lot of time thinking about how to compress the gap between ""this is technically possible"" and ""here is a working integration you can build on today."" That gap is where developer experience lives, and closing it is the most concrete way I can contribute to both developer success and broader platform adoption.
