About the author

Gayatri is an experienced product-focused engineering leader with broad experiences in building, growing and setting a vision for engineering teams. She has rich experiences in building observability products, consumer digital banking products, electronic trading platforms, and risk and control systems. She is passionate about building high performing engineering and product teams and be involved in fast-paced execution and full life cycle product development. She believes in early math and engineering education and partners with high school students to participate in robotics competitions. She identifies herself as a a creative spirit, puzzle-solver, lego hoarder, engineer and mom to her 5-year-old boy and 2-year-old girl!
